4 ounces Green Valley Creamery Lactose-Free Cream Cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips, melted and cooled
¼ cup chocolate chips, melted
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1. Beat the cream cheese and vanilla together until combined. Stir in melted chocolate. Transfer to a shallow bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Scoop truffle mixture out by the tablespoonful and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet then dust with cocoa powder. Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate. Garnish with nonpareils. Freeze for 30 minutes before enjoying.
