BASIL SOUR CREAM DRESSING

 

¼ cup white wine vinegar

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1Tbsp. Dijon mustard

¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup Green Valley Organics sour cream

2 tsp. chopped fresh basil

1Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

salt and black pepper

 

Place vinegar, garlic, and mustard in a bowl and whisk until smooth.  While whisking, slowly add olive oil and mix until smooth.

Add the sour cream, basil and chives and mix well.  Season with salt and black pepper.  Refrigerate.  Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
